Terms and Conditions: T1D Awareness Bracelet Giveaway

1. Eligibility The “5x5x5 Challenge Bracelet Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sweet Share (“Sponsor”) are not eligible.
2. Sponsor The Giveaway is sponsored by Sweet Share. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, LinkedIn, or HundredX.
3. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on November 17, 2025 and ends on December 7, 2025 OR when supplies of the bracelets are exhausted OR when we reach our target with HundredX and cannot accept any more surveys, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Participate To receive a Type 1 Diabetes Awareness Bracelet, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
Social Media: Like or Follow the Sweet Share official page on Facebook or LinkedIn AND Like and Share the designated “5x5x5 Challenge” post.
The Challenge: Complete twenty-five (25) surveys via the HundredX feedback platform using the specific link provided by Sweet Share.
Claim Form: Complete and submit the official claim form [Insert Link Here] with valid shipping information.
5. Verification By submitting the claim form, the participant certifies that they have completed the required 25 surveys and social media actions. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Prize Eligible participants who complete all steps will receive one (1) Type 1 Diabetes Awareness Bracelet.
Limit: One (1) bracelet per person/household.
Availability: Prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
No Cash Value: The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered.
7. Shipping Bracelets will be mailed to the address provided in the claim form. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable mail due to incorrect addresses provided by the participant. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery after the conclusion of the challenge.
8. Privacy Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sweet Share website. Personal information collected (name, address, email) will be used for the sole purpose of administering this Giveaway and shipping the prize, unless the participant opts-in to receive further communications.
9. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind.
10. General Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
