Quality Counts!

Only quality responses count. It is important to take your time and give good and COMPLETE responses to the surveys. A high quality response shouldn’t take any longer than 60-90 seconds.

IMPORTANT: How to Earn Rewards

In order to ensure that we can send you the rewards and get you entered for the giftcard, there are a few steps you will need to take. 

  1. Sign up to take surveys at: https://programs.hundredx.com/givewithoutspending
  2. Make sure you check “Please Share” when it asks if you would like them to share your information with the Benefitting Organization. ***Without this, we cannot verify that you completed the surveys!***
  3. Fully complete the surveys. They only count good quality surveys so make sure you complete every question and provide honest feedback. 
  4. When you complete 50+ surveys, take a screenshot of your home screen that shows how many you have completed. 
  5. When you complete all 75 surveys, take a screenshot of your homepage showing that you have completed all 75 of your surveys.
  6. Fill out this form and attach the screenshots showing your 50 or 75 survey completions (you only need to submit the highest level of participation). https://forms.gle/qC6f1EWbbwGNLKKx6  *Our campaign ends on 12/3/2024. Form submissions must be received no later than 12/10/2024. 
  7. We will verify your submission with the survey report and send out your rewards after the campaign (shirts will be printed on demand so please allow time for us to order and print the shirts).
  8. Everyone who completes 75 surveys and submits the form to confirm will be entered into the drawing for the $50 gift card.
